All equipment is in clean, great condition. All LGR dehumidifiers have been deep cleaned, coils washed, new filters, all hoses are in excellent shape, all pump outs work and have been replaced or rebuilt. I have extra pump rebuild kits, extra new filters, a new float switch, 1 new top cover, 25' of duct for drying walls/ ceilings and 200 + ft of lay flat plastic ducting for LGR bottom discharge ports.
