2001 GMC Savana Extra Long Van with Butler Truckmount V8

We are selling a carpet cleaning ready, 2001 GMC Savana 3500, extra-long body style. Please see the van details already provided for other basic information about the van. We are selling it because we recently purchased a newer Butler system van. This van was in service just a month ago and is still in good functioning condition.

We are willing to work with the buyer to arrange for us to drive it to you or meet halfway, whatever can be worked out. Additional fuel or travel costs may apply as arranged between buyer and seller after purchase is made.

This van includes a standard size carpet cleaning wand, 5 to 6 (50 foot) lengths of 2" hoses. This van is in good condition for a 2001. It is stocked with a ready to use Butler Carpet Cleaning machine and ready to use, including a soft water system, 110 gallon freshwater and recovery (waste) tanks. There is also approximately a 150-foot length of solution hose on a mounted hose reel that comes with the van.

The Butler machine has 9813 man-hours on it and has had a rebuilt CAT pump about 2 years ago and a brand-new blower installed about 8 years ago. The freshwater tank can be filled by hooking up the hose to a valve inside the sliding door; there is normally a freshwater pump system, but it stopped working last summer. I am still working on figuring out how to get it working again by trouble-shooting and consulting with the Butler Corporation service staff. The Butler machine by itself is worth approximately $20K to $30K.

The outside body of the van has a few minor dings and dents, but nothing major. The windshield has had several rock chips over the years, but we have had them all filled, although some are still visible. I am not aware of any new ones. The interior has a used look to it, but it is clean and ready for use.
