2001 Dodge Ram Van and Hydramaster 4.7 CDS Truckmount

Selling my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 Van with Hydramaster 4.7 CDS truckmount. The van currently has 154,600 miles and the truckmount has 2700 hours. The machine wasn't initially installed in the van so not all of the 2700 hours are on the Dodge engine. I am not sure how many hours were on the machine when it was installed. Both the van engine and truckmount run strong and there are currently no check engine lights. Clean title in hand.
The van has an aftermarket heat exchanger behind the passenger seat instead of the stock tube heat exchangers. It is a few years old and maintains heat well.
Also included in the sale is a hose reel, 200 ft of vacuum hose, 200 ft of solution hose, inline filter, a wand, tile spinner, upholstery tool, and hydro force sprayer.
This would make a great starter or back up van. Overall the van and truckmount run strong but there are few issues and I want to be 100% transparent.
-The AC compressor was removed when they installed the CDS drive shaft so there is currently no AC.
-The power steering pump bearing is squeaking and likely needs to be replaced soon but it doesn't whine when turning and works fine. The gearbox is leaking oil and should be replaced soon.
-There is also a rear main seal leak that leaks a little oil. It is a two piece rear main seal so the transmission doesn't need to be removed to be replaced but I haven't gotten around to having it fixed yet.
-The heat gauge on the truckmount doesn't work.
-The pressure gauge is new but a little weird. If you squeeze the trigger while looking at the gauge you can get the correct reading though.
-There is a small hole near the top of the waste tank. I placed tape over it and haven't had any issues.
