2004 Vortex PTO Truckmount in a 2004 UD1400. 140k miles/4800 hours, runs great and cleans like a beast. This is the most efficient rig I've ever cleaned with in my 17 years in this industry. There's literally no drop off in power or heat when dual wanding. Unfortunately it just doesn't fit with where our company is heading, but the past year of cleaning with it has been amazing. Here's the basic specs on this model: -6008 Blower -Cat Pump 5CP5120 (5GPM) -Dual Waste Tanks (think they're 120gl each) -120 gallon stainless steel fresh water tank (no leaks) -Electric Vacuum hose reel -Dual solution hose reels -Rear door shelving (rear doors could use replacing, they're fully functional, just rough looking-order thru Aerotech) -Storage on top of FW tank Here's a rundown of the things I've recently had replaced or repaired: -New engine drive belts (V belts) -New blower and pump belts -Blower & pump oil changed -Transmission Flush (checked out perfect BTW) -New 5CP5120 Cat pump installed -New Pressure Regulator installed -Replaced all old/bad plumbing before/after pump -Air Conditioner repaired
