With today's good presprays and chems, the heat this machine makes is more than sufficient. Dual heat exchangers (400ft of copper tubing) maintains 170-190 degrees F from the van's engine. This is enough to burn your hands, and melts candle wax right off restaurant carpets. This van never ever gets close to running out of heat.
True scaling setup for single wanding homes and apartments, or dual wanding dirty restaurants and offices. We've cleaned it all with this van. Switch between combined blowers/tanks to separate blowers/tanks with two simple gate valves. Combining the blowers/tanks for single wanding makes for tremendous vacuum power and reduces dry times such that customers aren't even used to how quickly it dries. Destroy your competition. Easy to maintain van and machine components. Oil changed at less than necessary intervals. Both blowers have oil drain hoses rigged for easy changing as well. The chevy van is in good mechanical condition with relatively low miles (less than 150k on current engine). The engine is chevy's 350 (5.7 vortec) paired to a 4L80 transmission. These components are high durability, common parts, that are easy to work on and cheap/easy to replace. A/C and heat work quite well in the cab. No cruise control. There exists vinyl lettering from previous signage, and some fading paint - but overall body is in good shape also. Almost no rust. Spray lined floors.
